Join The Well-Nourished Woman Retreat, a women’s gathering held on the serene shores of Galliano Island, British Columbia—designed as a gentle return to your body, your breath, and your natural rhythm. Nestled between forest and ocean, this intimate experience invites you to slow down and soften into a more nourished way of being. Across our days together, you’ll be held in a rhythm of restorative and yin yoga, meditation, and quiet, introspective practices that support deep nervous system replenishment and embodied rest. Each moment is an invitation to unwind—through tea ceremonies, herbal medicine explorations, and thoughtful wellness conversations that inspire reflection, presence, and connection. Our time extends beyond structured practice into the simple beauty of island life. We’ll kayak along calm waters, wander through forested trails, and share deeply nourishing meals prepared with care. Evenings invite stillness, connection, and integration—whether gathered in circle or resting under the open sky in our cozy glamping spaces. With a focus on simplicity, spaciousness, and soulful connection, this retreat is not about doing more—but about receiving more. More rest, more nourishment, more space to listen inward. This is a return to yourself—steady, softened, and well-nourished. We arrrive on the afternoon of the 1st and stay till after 2pm on the 3rd.

Nature Immersion

Experience the medicine of being held—in community, in conversation, and in stillness. Through shared meals, circle spaces, and intentional moments of reflection, you’ll be invited into deeper connection with yourself and others in a way that feels gentle, safe, and nourishing.

your nervous system feels depleted or overwhlemed. Or you’ve been giving so much of yourself, constantly showing up for others, and are longing for a moment to be held or witnessed. If you feel touched out, overstimulated, or disconnected from your own rhythm… or if you simply want to be nourished after nourishing so many others in your life.
You don’t need to be a yogi. You don’t need to be experienced or adventurous. This is a gentle step back toward yourself— a space to rest, to soften, and to receive. For the caregivers, the mothers, the doulas, the grandmothers— for the women who hold so much.
Accomodation
Our retreat is held in a cozy, intimate cottage setting nestled along the quiet beauty of Galliano Island, offering a space that feels both grounding and deeply restorative. With just a small group of women, the experience remains personal and spacious. Inside the cottage, a limited number of shared spots provide comfort and warmth, while just outside, thoughtfully arranged glamping tents offer a more immersive connection to nature—where you can fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean and wake with the rhythm of the land. The property opens to a private stretch of shoreline, inviting slow mornings by the water and peaceful moments throughout the day while being held by the forest. With access to kayaks and the surrounding natural beauty, you’re free to move gently between rest and exploration, held by the simplicity and calm of island living.
